PAI Expense – After using the standard expense report program built into the Palm I decide to generate an application that was easier to use. PAI Expense is it. All pertinent data cam be entered in one form removing the need to page back and forth between forms. Note this program is not quite as functional as the Palm supplied application but for someone who only travels domestically it works fine. Beside the application I also have an Excel spreadsheet that imports the data and populates a new worksheet in an expense workbook. This allows me to HotSync my palm pilot, start the program to generate my expense report. The report comes out in the format that my company needs to track both fully deductible, and partially deductible expense items, and I spend 2 minutes on paper work. Note both the 30 day demo and the Registered version are sent with a palm database to CSV file conversion utility. This utility will allow you to build your own expense report.
